By submitting your entry to The Grecian Soap Company's "Share Your Story Contest," you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Content Usage Rights:
   You grant The Grecian Soap Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your submitted content (including but not limited to written testimonials, photographs, and videos) for any marketing, advertising, promotional, or other lawful purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, usage on our website, social media platforms, emails, and printed materials.

2. Ownership of Content:
   You affirm that the content you submit is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. By entering the contest, you confirm that you have the right to grant The Grecian Soap Company the permissions outlined above.

3. No Compensation:
   You acknowledge that no financial compensation will be provided for the use of your submitted content beyond the opportunity to win a gift certificate as part of the contest.

4. Eligibility:
   The contest is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older and have made a retail purchase from The Grecian Soap Company within the last 6 months. Employees and affiliates of The Grecian Soap Company are not eligible to participate.

5. Content Restrictions:
   Submissions must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. The Grecian Soap Company reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed unsuitable or non-compliant with these terms.

6. Contest Administration:
   The Grecian Soap Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and by any decisions made by The Grecian Soap Company regarding the contest, which are final and binding.
